New Chairman of Royal Unibrew's Supervisory Board

It is with great sorrow and regret that the Supervisory and Executive Boards of
Royal Unibrew have to announce that Erik Højsholt, Chairman of the Supervisory
Board, died on 18 May 2010. 

Erik Højsholt has been a member of Royal Unibrew's Supervisory Board since 2004
and was elected Chairman on 27 April 2010. 

The Supervisory Board has today elected existing Deputy Chairman Tommy Pedersen
as Chairman.
